Pumpkin Pie
Apple Crisp
Crumb Cake
Pumpkin Cookies
1 or 2 Onions
2 lbs Ground Beef
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Chili Powder
2 (28 oz) cans Tomatoes (already diced is
1 can Chili Beans: Red Kidney Beans

Brown onions & ground beef in frying pan.
Then put in large pot. Add rest. Simmer 1 hour.
Serves 10.

Pumpkin Pie
(makes 2)
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
2 tsp Cornstarch
2 tsp Butter

Mix with fork, then add:

1 can Pure Pumpkin
2 Eggs, beaten
Then add:
1 1/2 cups Milk

Mix gently. Pour into 2 pie shells.
Bake at 425°F for 10 mins then 375°F for 40

Apple Crisp
4 Apples
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 cup Margarine, softened

Place slices in greased cake pan.
Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over
350°F for 30 mins. Serve Warm. Serves 4.

Crumb Cake
2 cups Flour
2 cups Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Butter or Marg
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Cloves, ground

Mix together and set aside 1/2 cup of crumbs.
Now add:

1 Egg, beaten
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Sour Milk (little bit of vinegar with
milk will sour the milk)

Mix gently till wet.
(too much or too fast will make it tough)
Put in wax papered 9x13 pan and sprinkle
the 1/2 cup of crumbs on top. 350°F 40-50 mins.

1/2 cup Butter or Marg, softened
1 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup from can of Pure Pumpkin
2 cups Flour
4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Cloves
1/4 tsp Ginger
1 cup Raisins or Choc Chips (optional)
1 cup Chopped Nuts (optional)

Mix in bowl. 375°F 15 mins or till light brown.
Makes 5 1/2 dozen.
